We aim to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate. However, minor variations or updates may occur regarding size, colour, or availability.
Artwork Colours Disclaimer: Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in tone, texture, or appearance are natural and are not considered a fault or reason for refund.
All artwork remains the copyright of Jane Ramsey and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may be changed at any time without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure third-party platforms such as Afterpay, Zippay, and other listed providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic shipping within Australia. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Any estimated delivery dates are approximate only, and delays may occur due to external factors, including peak periods or carrier issues.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@janeramseyart.com.au with clear photos and order details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.
In exceptional cases, such as damage during transit where replacement is not possible, a refund may be approved at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
This policy is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which provides certain guarantees for goods that are defective or not as described.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including artwork, illustrations, designs, images, text, logos, and branding elements—is the intellectual property of Jane Ramsey and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
Ownership
- Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the image.
- You may not copy, download, screenshot, or distribute any content without written permission.
- Images may not be used on social media, websites, marketing materials, or altered/modified without consent.
- Reproduction for resale, licensing, or product development (e.g., textiles, stationery, advertising) is prohibited without a licensing agreement.
Prints and Reproductions
Even after the sale of an original artwork, Jane Ramsey reserves the right to create, reproduce, and sell prints or reproductions of the artwork in any form, including limited edition prints, digital prints, or other merchandise. Purchasing an original piece does not grant the buyer any rights to prevent the artist from reproducing or selling prints.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used only for order processing, communication, and marketing if you have opted in.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane Ramsey Art is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of this website or any products purchased through it.
