1. Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by:
    • Peak periods or holidays
    • Postal or courier delays
    • Unforeseen external factors

While we aim to deliver your artwork promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

 

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

4. Inspection and Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Provide your order details and clear photographs of the damage or issue.
  3. We will review the matter promptly and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or, in exceptional cases, a refund.

Damage during transit is rare, but we take full responsibility for ensuring your artwork arrives safely.

 

5. Shipping Liability

Once your order is dispatched, the risk passes to the carrier. While we take every precaution during packaging, we cannot be held liable for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider.
