1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You can reach me at info@janeramseyart.com.au with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. I will review the matter promptly and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

 

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved—such as in the case of an item being damaged during transit and unable to be replaced—you will be notified once your return has been received and inspected.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

4. Colour & Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Every effort is made to photograph each artwork in natural light to accurately represent its tone, texture, and detail.

However, variations in screen calibration, lighting, and display settings may result in minor differences. These variations are a natural part of the online viewing experience and are not considered a fault or reason for refund.
